DAY 1 - ROME
Arrival at the airport in Rome and meet with your tour manager. A private coach will take you to your hotel in Rome where you will spend the first two nights. Time at disposal for relaxing. Departure to the city centre for tasting pizza in a legendary, authentic pizzeria near Piazza Navona. Back to the Hotel. Overnight stay in hotel in Rome.

DAY 2 - ROME
After breakfast at your hotel, we will leave for a panoramic and orientation tour of Rome. At the end, we will reach a local farm. You will be able to see closely, through a glass window, the processing of milk and its subsequent transformation into dairy products. The visit also includes a tasting of the delicious cheese. Afternoon at free leisure. Before dinner, enjoy a typical aperitivo. In Italy the drink before the evening meal, is absolutely a
must and an enjoyed tradition of many people. Dinner on your own at a restaurant of your choice, your tour manager will gladly assist you with table reservations. Overnight stay in hotel in Rome.

DAY 3 - ASSISI SURROUNDINGS
After breakfast at your hotel, we will leave for a panoramic and orientation tour of Rome. At the end, we will reach a local farm. DAY 4 - ASSISI
Breakfast at your hotel and departure to the city of Perugia. Arrival at the amazing house of chocolate where we will take part to a cooking lesson. A school to discover the secrets of chocolate-making, learn the techniques to create impressive masterpieces, taught by the passion and creativity of our Perugina School of Chocolate Masters. Meals are not included today. Afternoon at free disposal. Return to Assisi and overnight.

DAY 5 - FLORENCE
This morning after breakfast we head to to Siena. We start our guided tour with a visit to San Domenico, a church much frequented for its venerated relics of Saint Catherine, patron saint of Italy and Europe. Then we head for the magnificent palace of Monte dei Paschi bank, founded in 1472 - the oldest bank in Europe. From there we reach nearby Piazza del Campo, the unrivalled center of vivid city life. After, we drive straight to the little village of Vinci where a particular wine and olive oil tasting wait for us. We will be surprised by the elegance and richness of the landscape and we will be enchanted by the marvellous savors. As we arrive in Florence this evening another culinary experience in a typical “Trattoria” waits for you for dinner. Overnight stay in hotel in Florence.

DAY 6 - FLORENCE
After breakfast at your hotel, meet your local guide for an orientation sightseeing tour of Florence. At the end, relax with a typical aperitivo served with salami and cheese. Afternoon at free disposal Dinner is at leisure and at your choice, your tour manager will gladly assist you with table reservations. Overnight stay in hotel in Florence.

DAY 7 - BOLOGNA
After breakfast at your hotel, departure to the World’s largest agri-food park in Bologna. FICO Eataly World shall be a huge (over 850.000 square
feet) and joyful place, where the wonders of the Italian agri-food industry and its food and wines is presented and narrated from their birth inside mother earth to their final destination on a dish and in a glass. DAY 8 - MODENA
After breakfast we depart to Modena here we will attend to a balsamic vinegar tasting. Discover the secrets of “black gold”, one of the symbol of Made in Italy in the world Continue your journey to Parma, better known as “ham cradle”. We will have lunch in a special place savoring typical local dishes, an experience you will never forget. This evening dinner at your own choice. Overnight stay in hotel in Modena.

DAY 9 - MILAN
After breakfast departure to one of the world’s most important fashion capitals, but not only. Milan is rich in amazing restaurants where your culinary experience will be highly satisfied. You will tour its centre occupied by the most important Gothic monument in Italy: Duomo Cathedral. You will see the Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II. This place that was built in the second half of the nineteenth century it is a bit like the symbol of the industrial bourgeoisie that was the city’s most important social class at that time. It’s time for lunch on your own. The afternoon is at leisure. In the evening we reach “the Navigli” area, a canal system which was becoming increasingly pivotal for the economic development of the city. A special and particular dinner in a fancy restaurant will end our Italian Traditional Flavours tour. Overnight stay in hotel Milan.

DAY 10 - DEPARTURE
It is time to leave Italy, after breakfast we will transfer you to Milan airport for departure.
